Overall my experience with Cloquet Automotive has been great, and I am highly satisfied with the service and results I have received from them. Bruce, the owner of Cloquet Automotive, goes above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that all of my needs and questions were met and answered. Recently, my son took my car to another local shop to get the oil changed and something happened in the process that really messed my car up, but with Bruce's help and his expertise, he was able to fix my car at little cost and really saved me a headache. I feel that they are very professional in their service and offer a great value at an affordable cost for most people. Going forward in the future, we will absolutely continue to use Bruce and Cloquet Automotive for all of our automotive needs and services and I highly recommend these guys to anybody else in the area looking for a reliable and trustworthy automotive shop.

I had a 2002 Chevy 1500 with no reverse. I brought it to Bruce and told him I had to fix it quickly because I needed to haul a 28' Airstream camper 2000 miles round trip out east to Pennsylvania. He not only fixed my no reverse issue, but made some slight updates to my transmission so I wouldn't have any problems on my trip. It worked like a dream, thank you!
